As for MultiTouch, I believe the devs will have troubles porting it because of the 1.6 Kernel source, because if it's like for disc0, they will have to enable MT manually in apps. Guest xian1243 Posted May 29, 2010 Report Share Posted May 29, 2010 (edited) The linux kernel 2.6.29 has no problems with multitouch, the reason we needed to manually modify apps, is because donut does not handle multitouch, but since this is froyo we are talking about, multitouch should work without any modifications to the kernel nor the system. :( Just my 2c. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that as long as froyo supports it, it will work. @Devs Great job! I don't even own the Liquid yet, but this (and all the other custom mods you guys created) makes for a very compelling reason to get it. About responsivness i would say it is really smooth and reponsive without any kind of optimisation.
