flash Stock-SPL

Hey,

I'm going to sell my Hero and I need to flash the Stock-SPL. But I cant find it.

Is the Stock-SPL installed when I flash the HTC Generic 2.73.405.66 ? from http://android.modaco.com/content/htc-hero...t-for-gsm-hero/

Or do I have to flash the Stock, too?

Why flash it? Surely having custom ROM's/bootscreens available make it more of a sales prospect?

That said, I think you can get it back using the update firmware from HTC, but I could be wrong.

If you use one of the RUUs you will get it back.

But if you were going to sell it you could explain to buyer the ability to flash stuff, stick a 2.1 rom on & more profit!

I thought about it that for a long time.

Do you really think I get more profit to sell it with 2.1 without guarantee or 1.5 but with guarantee?

I'll try to sell it with 2.1 and the option to downgrade to 1.5 for guarantee. Wish me luck ;-)
