Guest -Wii- Posted May 28, 2010 Report Posted May 28, 2010 Just so you know how it runs on the phone, to be honest with you I was reasonably impressed. It generally gave good turn by turn navigation with warnings for example in 100 metres, got me to the place I wanted to go, only thing I think needs improvement is the awful voice of the woman and perhaps it would be better if it said take 3rd exit rather than using road names which is pretty useless if you don't know where you are heading, however if you looked at the map it would be obvious but sometimes you cant always do that.
Guest kamikase Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 how did you get google nav to work? i'm runing MCR r7wip - found the google nav app in the system but the phone told me that it's not available at my location ... so its available on the island but not in austria??? or is there a trick on how to activate it? kase

Guest kamikase Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 interesting - well it seams i have to learn a lot bou android :( i downloaded the app (3.0.8) set it to t-mobile us but nav doesn't work - still getting the same error msg and: my old APNs are now gone and there is only T-mobile US there... what did i do wrong? k
