Just upgraded to 2.1. not installed the HU extra thing yet, but I doubt that'll fix my gripes (and don't see anything wrong with what thats supposed to fix, lol)

Basically, Touchpal is weird now. I preferred the older version, and was just wondering if there was any way to make the current one like the old one.

Why is it weird? What do you miss?

I use it with the 2.1 MCR ROM i must say i like it. Did you looked into the options? When you miss the characters under the letters they are still there!

I found that option, and that has made it better, but for some reason it doesn't feel as good.

No doubt I'll get it used to it I guess.

i prefer it, the only thing i wanna know is how to turn of the sounds when you press a button. cant find it in the menus

that option is definetly, under settings > keyboard setting > touchpal. I know it annyed me to so I disabled it!
