How to restore data after flshing?

Hi,

I have a question about backuping and restoring the word dictionary content.

I have added lot of words (sms, mail,...) and I would like to flash my desire with a modaco ROM.

I also have the 'Network Monitor' application and I would like to keep the infos about the network trafic...

Does anybody know How to do this?
