Pulse 2.1 Custom Rooted ROM update.zip (English only)

Hi all,

I thought it was about time I learnt how to bake my own ROMs, so seeing as it was p*ssing down with rain all morning I decided to give it a go!

I have removed the following parts of the original T-Mobile ROM:

• All the language packs
  
• Bundled launcher has been replaced with ADW.Launcher
  
  and added the following:
  
  • Updated Google Maps
    
  • Metamorph
    
  • Titanium Backup
    
  • nano editor
    
  • busybox
    

  Haven't got round to changing the theme so you're stuck with pink highlights for the moment I'm afraid!

  You must have already upgraded to 2.1 using the T-Mobile Hungary UPDATA.APP!

  Aside from a single FC at boot, everything works as it does in the original ROM! (i.e. vibrate etc.)

  Download pulse-2.1-deltronuk-update.zip onto your sdcard, boot into recovery mode, take a nandroid backup and then apply the update.

  I'm planning to make some updates to fix the theme, remove some more of the T-Mobile crap and possibly have a try at getting apps2sd working.

Did wifi work when you originally installed the T-Mobile Hungary update?

Try wiping your data partition and re-applying the update. Also reboot once Android starts after the update.
