You need the Android Software Developpement Kit (Android SDK), which will give you the adb tool (use it with cmd.exe, on windows). Thanks :( It looks like it works, but we don't have the statusbar with signal information etc... I don't know if it can be fixed easy since it depends on the framework i guess. I'm not a fan either, seems to complex to get simple things done. This might stop me buying Acer phones in the future, I like pretty much stock Android ROMS.
