I tested a lot of system apps...

- Music.apk crashes

- Gallery3D.apk doesn't show any file

- I can't have Camera.apk and AcerContacts.apk to be showed into the Launcher drawer, also if i push them into /system/app (they don't want to be installed normally)

- SoundRecorder.apk works well and it's better than the others.

- DeskClock.apk shows only the Alarm app, but you can select the full DeskClock if you press the menu softkey into the Alarm app. It's better than the other in Liquid ROMs.

- Launcher2.apk is fast, fast and fast! Also with Live Wallpaper! (But I prefer LauncherPro)

- YouTube.apk is the same.

Not a good situation... but our developers can do something. ^^

Just try another stuff in the dump, the Acer Launcher.

Quite nice actually but some problems happened.

Here is a screen shots, later I will upload a short video to have a simple walkthrough. :(

Checked framework graphics, the Status bar Icons are different, in fact, they look quite good.

DeskClock and SoundRecorder work well and are better than the others which are in your ROMs. Also Launcher2 is better and faster.

YouTube app works well, because it's the same app that we have.

Of course it doesn't work. It's a different phone and more, it's a custom UI, it's not supposed to work.

But when you test don't forget to rerun odex script if you ran it before, elsewere you'll get FC.

You have to copy the content of /dump/media to /system/media to prevent the personalization screen to force close.

Ps. Has anyone ideas to get the stream rom on the liquid? With new statebar etc.?

delete (shell rm) contacts.apk

...

Please don't delete anything you may need later...

instead use mv Contacts.apk Contacts.bak
