NAND Peformance - Internal vs SD Card

I have been trying to get an idea of these speeds and recently downloaded "J Bench" from the marketplace.

The results I got from it looked very wrong and was wondering if anyone else could post their results please? Either the program is total off or something is dragging performance down IMO as the numbers all look too low...and I find it hard to believe they would use such low quality NAND in the device (although I guess they are cheap!)

For reference I am seeing with the default settings and on Paul's r7 2.1 MCR...

Internal: Write 0.12MB/s, Read 0.33 MB/s

Transcend 16GB Class 2 SD: Write 0.78 MB/s, Read 0.94 MB/s

Unfortunately, I cannot find the shipping card to test.....they are way too small and easy to lose! Although I do have a class 6 card arriving in the next day or so and if these results hold up, I may be asking the question: Just how much of the total ROM can you place on the SD Card!
