Guest Flight Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 So what's the situation now with the multitouch? As far as I know Pulse's display is capable of it.
Guest Spooke Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 (edited) So what's the situation now with the multitouch? As far as I know Pulse's display is capable of it. BigBearMDC was working on this, but iirc he said the hardware is not capable, or it may have been the drivers were not, have a look for his multitouch thread :( http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...ible-in-theory/ Edited June 1, 2010 by Spooke
Guest BigBearMDC Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 BigBearMDC was working on this, but iirc he said the hardware is not capable, or it may have been the drivers were not, have a look for his multitouch thread :o The HW should be MT capable (I got this information directly from Huawei :o). The only problem is that the original MT hack from Luke Hutchinson does not work, as the HW uses different addresses for the second touch point (or something similar :(). Once the new kernel source is out I will continue working on this project :( Best regards, BigBear
