guys, how can i setup proxy on my liquid?

hi, i search in the forum and google, but i haven't found anything about the proxy, maybe a guide but that doesn't work.

i need to setup the proxy settings in the browser because my network university , so i can navigate.

other question , also my network university has a WPA/WPA2 and EAP-TLS (with SSL certificates) , the phone support it? becouse 1 i download the certificate, in the configuration, i most set "username=from certificate" and that option isnt there, i think is because the liquid recognize the network as an 802.1x enterprise network and not as a WPA/WPA2.

well any ideas?
