Market Apps and games (including premium ones) missing from app store

Hey there, I'm running 2.1 vanilla, and I've noticed that many apps I've paid for are missing from the market. Is this a restriction that is put upon me by google, or is it some stupid thing that huawei has done? Is there a way to remove these restrictions?

That's a cool app, but it's not fixing the problem. After a bit of research, I believe its because 2.1 has not been signed correctly. Any way for us to fix this?

Eris Market Fix will solve the issue, but takes time to work.

Any ideas how long it will take ? I'm on Oscillation ROM R7B and just installed Eris Market Fix, but still can even find Handcent SMS app in the market. Bit annoying.
