Debrand using a Goldcard

Hi,

If i debrand my Device using a Goldcard, do i receive the OTA Updates afterwards ? There's a 1.21 Firmware out, let's say i would flash the stock Firmware 1.15, would i receive this Update then? I know i can't do major Updates via the HTC Site because they check for my serial or imei number, it's just about the OTA Updates which i can't find information for.

Also, can i downgrade a Firmware? I have 1.20.xx from O2 Germany, could i flash 1.15.xx ? (O2 has the 0.80 Bootloader).

Roger that. But still the questions remains, if i now flash the 1.21.xx Firmware via Goldcard, will i receive FOTA Updates in Future and will they be applied to the phone?

Another questions. If i now flash the 1.21.xx via Goldcard which has the 0.80 Bootloader aswell, can i flash the original 1.20.xx Firmware from O2 again, which also has 0.80 ? So, Downgrade the firmware with the same Bootloader Version?!

You can't downgrade from 0.80

I have been from 1.15 to 1.21 and back. All have the 0.80 bootloader. So yes it is fine.

do I need to root device or can I just make GoldCard to debrand it from Virgin UK?

will I get OTA updates like everyone with never branded devices?

just need latest official SW and Radio...
