Slide to unlock lock screen with pattern

I am running the deFrost 0.5 ROM. If I have no security, passcode or password I have the slide to unlock / slide to mute screen and then it unlocks or prompts for passcode. If I enable a patters when I wake the phone from sleep if goes straight to the pattern screen.

Does anyone know how to make it so that when you have a pattern enabled it still has the slide screen first?

Really? Cool!!! I want that! I've got both on my 2.1 rom and would love to get rid of the slide step! I thought the slide was Sence's lock and it was either on (you get both) or off (you get none) - are you running sence in this ROM? (Sorry but not got enough time to look that one up atm...)

No the deFroST ROM doesnt have sense. And I know on Sense I had the slide down and then enter the patters. On this you have the slide across to unlock, or if you enable the pattern the slide goes away. But you can enable a passcode or password to unlock and if you do then you keep the slide to unlock and then enter passcode etc. Weird??

When u use a pin instead of the unlock pattern it does ask for the slide thing, maybe that's a good alternative? :(
