Guest kamikase Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 hi folks, i just installed a backed r7 and tried to load my contacts back into the phone they are still in the addressbook but i can't connect the phone with the pc-suite the original version i got with the cd worked fine with 1.5dec and 2.1hungarian but not with the r7WIP so i installed the version that came with the 2.1 update but fale to connect to the phone too first the software told me that it can't sync and i should put my phone in standby or sth and now it isn't even possible in the options to select what to synch (possibilities are contacts and calendar) - the field is grey and non-selectable now... is there some debugging mode or root feature build in the rom that prevents me from synchronizing? anybody got any ideas on how to fix this - i kinda need my contacts :( thx, kase ps: and NO i do NOT want to sync via gmail!!! google's got enough stuff from me by anyway ... *paranioa - looking over my shoulder* :(
