Which 2.1 ROM offers what exactly?

Was wondering if anybody knows exactly what each individual 2.1 rom available has going for it? Say speed or looks etc and what do they miss out on?

Seriously considering flashing to one from 3.2 but as there's so many I have no clue which to choose....

Some offer a vanilla Android interface instead of HTC's Sense. Some are speedy and battery efficient (like Cronos) but don't yet have everything from Sense (eg Friendstream). And then there's some like VillainRom which probably has the most stuff but (from what I have read, never tried it) is not so fast or long-lasting. If you go on XDA-Developers the popular ROMs seem to float around the top threads of the dev forum and the first post should make it reasonably clear what they've got.

Err, helpful? I went for Cronos and am happy, if that's any use to you.

Yeah been checking out XDA-Developers recently but there's still quite a few to choose from and I don't think it's very clear what the ROMs actually include and more importantly not include?

From looking I've narrowed my choices down to the following : BeHero, Raidroid, VillainROM 6.2.0, Cronos Droid Version 1.5, SenseHERO 2.1 Build 4, aHero v1.0 or VanillaEclair 2.0.3 which I don't think i'd like as i'm guessing it's a stripped down version?

There's a VanillaEclair 3.0 (soon to be 3.3; 3.1 and 3.2 had problems)... the 2.0.3 is an old version

I had SMS problems with VillainROM 6.2 and Cronos 1.5, although it might just be me since i havent read anyone with the same problems.

Ive also tried Androbin's AOSP ROM. Androbin ROM's contains a lot of non-default graphics (and SenseHERO from what ive seen). I absolutely hate that kinda thing and ended up moving back to MoDaCo 3.2

I might flash the VanillaEclair 3.3 when it is released (supposed to be out around the 6th)

Every 2.1 ROM I've tried has issues with Bluetooth A2DP - a showstopper for me as I rely on this for connection to my car for hands-free conversations.

Strange ... I´vr tryed a lot of the ROMS me is meantioning without any bluetooth A2DP issues.
