Network Connection issue

some apps(dolphin browser, sudoku) can connect to the web, but some(news widget, android market, google maps) give a message saying that "A network error has occured. Retry or cancel and retur to the previous screen." Anyone have any ideas about why such thing might happen?? This happens on wireless, i cannot test if it can connect to 3g at the moment.

P.S this happened like 3 days ago, so today i flashed MCR r3.1, the problem was gone, then I ran market enabler and the problem came back.

I run MCR r3.1 at the moment.
