is there a way to uninstall it now i just get a blank screen after the android sign and a little cursor that flashes sometimes in the top left hand corner

(I took my phone to the T-mobile shop and they have sent it away got a 8gb sd card for free and might be getting a new t-mobile pulse)

re-flashing is probably the best idea.

I assume recovery mode will still work? If not, there's always fastboot.

The instructions in the Amon Ra thread http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...on-your-device/ work happily.

I did this. I think problem is that install-recovery-windows.exe ... It writes sending........OK , writing...........OK then it closes itself. I am using Windows 7 64bit

I did thid before on 1.5 and it worked

Have you installed the drivers for 2.1? There's another thread http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...-vista-drivers/

:(

Or I think that there are new drivers in the package with the hungarian ROM.

Yeah it wouldn't get as far as that if you didn't have the drivers.

You did hold Menu & the Red button when you turned it on didn't you?

Oh, I thought you current problem was that you couldn't install Amon Ra?

Have you re-flashed the Hungarian ROM?

Yes I reflash it then I tryed to install amon again with the same result.

Is recovery mode the blue one ore the ammonia one?

Recovery is the one which gives you a menu (reboot, wipe, etc)

Fastboot is the one that gives you no choices.
