Hello,

This may be a bit too simple a question to be asking here, but it would be greatly appreciated if someone helped a newbie out.

So, I added some new songs and a couple of videos to my phone's internal memory and then pressed update in TouchPlayer, but soon enough, the library wasn't updated and I just got an error message saying something was wrong with SMPlayer.exe (I'm guessing this is the TouchPlayer). When I soft reset and tried to run TouchPlayer again to attempt to update a second time, it wouldn't run! All I see is the progress circle (?) go round and round, but no TouchPlayer.

Listening to music and watching videos is mainly what I use my phone for (aside from making calls) and it would be great to have my TouchPlayer back. I know I can probably install another program for my media, but it would be nice to know the TouchPlayer is still working.

Please help!! And thanks in advance.

Give little more info please (I don't think I can help much but other members may need this)

What phone you talk about?

Have you flashed the phone?

If yes what ROM you use?

Maybe some TouchPlayer CAB re-installation solve the problem...

I tried to reinstall the TouchPlayer using a CAB I found online, but it didn't work. I'm not sure if I used an incorrect version of the program or a wrong program altogether. It might be that I didn't follow installation instructions properly either. If you could direct me to the right file, that would be great. (And some proper re-installation instructions for a newbie? I've installed some applications in the past, but have never tried until now to re-install a default app that came with the phone. :)) Also, I haven't done any modifications to my phone yet.

I have the i910 OMNIA from Bell (in Canada).

Thanks for all the help.
