hi,

I think i badword up my phone.

what i did:

allready had several versions of the roms on this website.

Now i tried to install the hungarian rom http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...-upgrade-guide/

did this and tried to install the Pulse Oscillation ROM R7B after installing the hungarian rom.

Did this multiple times on various ways and various versions of this rom and other roms. Did the wiping

Now cannot get any further than that it stucks and constantly reboots. How can i fix this and make a very fresh install and remove everything.

I'm an experienced user and i tried to remove several files in with fastboot-mac erase system etc.

still no luck..

he is starting up the system and i see android moving. After that it just reboots.

Is it possible to boot after installing the hungarian rom? I tried to install with a full boot, till it loops and without a full reboot and installing the rom.

I just saw a realy weird thing. I just saw the energy logo appearing with a ms-dos kinda appearance. I saw a BIOS.

On my phone that was the case when something with SD is wrong (doesn't formated properly or partitioned properly) so my advice to you is

1. Format your SD on PC

2. Copy HUNGARIAN "dload" folder to it

3. Install HUNGARIAN UPDATA package (volume up+end button and hit power button)

4. Remove your battery when screen is displaying "waiting for restart"

5. Remove your SD card again and now copy dload folder which is in the CUSTOMIZED_HU folder

6. Repeat process described under 3

7. After phone boot up and you are seeing that everything is working install any ROM you want following instructions for that specific ROM

Cheers

If you are referring to "does the phone will boot up" the answer is YES.

Then i still don't have any result. I did it step-by-step as you said. I see the rotating t-mobile logo, but it just reboots after a few minutes.

As I understand you are on MAC so be careful with formating SD (my advice to you is to do it on PC) because MAC is writing disk's as Journaled (I can't remember now does you can do usual FAT32 format).

Other then this I don't know what would be the problem......usually boot loop on second rotating T-Mobile Logo means the phone can't read SD but you are putting just official updates and I'm hoping you have U8220 phone.

You can try removing SD card and try to boot up

yes, i've formatted it in fat. With previous updates i didn't had any problems. Is there a way to clean up my phone tru the adb shell? Check the internal memory for faults?

Boot up the phone in super boot (volume down+end button and tap power button) then install recovery image (amon/ra or something similar)

Boot up in recovery mode (end button + menu and tap power button) wipe all the data from the recovery ex phone/dal;vik cash/battery and screen and wipe your SD card

Then try to boot up

Told you that problem was in SD and to format your SD under windows or it is damaged..

I'm glad you are OK now

Cheers

I don't think it's a problem with the card itself. I think it's more about the files on the SD card. OSX inserts allot of stuff when mounting the card. I tried two different cards.

If this community needs some Java scripting/c++/Openframeworks/Arduino/Processing help. Let me know :(
