cannot disable password lock

when ever device boots or not used for 30 min., the device is locked. a keypad is visible, and i am required to input a password to unlock.

it is in:

settings>>security>>password lock.

i cannot uncheck the: "prompt if phone unused for" bix.

pleeeeeeease help to disalbe this...
