desire white screen HTC logo reboot

Hi,

have done a quick search, all i could find was a post relating to the desire rom on the nexus.

I have rooted my desire and applied custom roms fine in the past. Came to load Pauls rom, which went on fine formatted everything. After a long boot up (30 seconds or so) the phone reboots.

Now the phone boots to the white background with green HTC logo and then after 10-15 seconds reboots again.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Hi,

yep wiped everything, as thats what i thought at first. have since wiped again and copied over the rom again from within the recovery menu (enable usb) have also left the battery out for 30minutes still the same.

try repartitioning your SD card... The same happened with my device. I guess it has something to do with different version of A2SD :S

thanks i'll give that a go a bit later on. Although I have wiped the EXT3 partion on the card.

reformatted my memory card in my hero took an age for the desire to boot, but its ALIVE :)
