not as naff as you would think I was in horror earlier when the phone slipped off the roof of my car split into 3 peices battery back cover and phone in a puddle I had a look on my face something like this. :) but, i put it back together, turned in on in panick after i dried it off and it works fine.

Glad that it still works!

However, I've heard the standard advice in these kind of situations is to let it dry out for 24 hours. Not to do with shorting any circuits (which hasn't happened to yours), but apparently more do with mould being likely to start growing inside the phone, which would eventually cause damage.

You can dry it by putting in a desiccator (if you have access to a laboratory..) or more simply by putting it in a bag of rice.

Before I got my pulse I had a Sony Erricson K700i that was actually indistructable. I droped it out a seoncd story window with force and it still worked. Here are some pics and Vids of it being destroyed for your ammusment =)

Pictures of what? as I said, as far as I can tell 0 damage. The phone was screen down, all I can asume is that the screen didn't allow the water through.
