flashing problem

i am not new to flashing and never had problem with it until a few days, which i forgot to recharge and let it ran out of power and turned off automatically by itself... and ever since then i can not properly power up my i900.

i notice that whenever i pull the charger off the phone, the red light on the power button will always be on and i could not power up the phone no matter how many times i hard reset it or take out the battery. but when i put the charger back on, even tho the red light is still on, i could turn on the phone. which i think is quite weird.

so just wondering if anyone has faced the same problem and how to fix it..the last rom i flashed is ock's 23118
