Wireless tether fixed

Just incase people are not reading XDA forums, wireless tether is fixed now.

Tested and working perfectly.

Have you removed the hard coded IP, and re-enabled DHCP? I still had static IP, and it didn't work :) Once I'd removed that, the netbook (W7) grabbed an IP, and showed up on the Desire.

If you've done all that, and it's not Windows 7, what OS is it?

Ok, it was just a matter of logging on and off.

Now I can connect, through DHCP, to my wirelessly tethering phone, using Ubuntu 10.04 :)

hy i test it but on my rooted desire doesn't work perhaps because i have the rom 1.15?

my pc or my ipod doesn't take a valid ip

if you have done everything right you might need to reboot the phone, that solved it for me, it's working fine now.
