Acer Tool problem please help me

I want to flash a new leaked, but when I load bin and I click on start Acer tool say: No microP firmware, change mode.

Few minutes later it say me: Error: The Phone is not in OS mode Now. Quit the process.

How can I fix this problem?

Just turn on USB-debugging.

Menu > Settings > Applications > Development
