Android keyboard with voice recognition?

I had it on pauls rom now i've got r7 oscillation rom because I like the vanilla style but now I don't have the voice recognition. I downloaded what I thought was it from here:

Voice Search_2.1.apk

Turns out its only the voice search for the google search bar widget..

I pulled the VoiceSearchWithKeyboard apk from pauls custom rom but application will not install. I''ve even went into recovery to sort out the sd card so I can install apps from there, but it's still not working.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I want the one that has a microphone sign close to the left of the android keyboard.

No need of installing it, just push apk in system/app and reboot
