black diagonal lines across screen...

I have noticed for a while now that whenever I use the music visualization wallpapers on my phone, black diagonal lines show up when I'm scrolling through each of my panels. If I slowly swipe it, I see diagonal lines across the colored part of the visualization and the gap between these lines varies as well depending on where I position my finger scrolling between the panels. Is anyone else seeing this when using the blue spectrum and waveform live wallpapers???
