How to go back to Official 1.5 from 2.1 Custom ROM?

depends how did you upgrade

did you go from official 1.5 to custom 2.1 through the custom recovery

or did you upgrade using updata.app then installed a custom rom

Tried that, It says Update Failed, I dont know what to do about that :/

Instantly or after a while?

If it fails instantly, it normally means it can't find the file so verify it. The file should be in a 'dload' folder in the root of your sd card.
