Nexus keeps freezing when I get a call

Every now and again the Nexus freezes at the lock-screen - more often than not when I am receiving a call - bizarrely the phone often unfreezes once the call has been put through to voicemail!

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if it is just me. And if anyone has any idea what could be causing it/how to fix it.

I'm running Froyo FRF50 (this version - http://android.modaco.com/content/google-n...online-kitchen/ )
