Nexus with Desire R22.1 weather not updating

I am using Paul Desire rom R22.1 with radio 32.26.00.24U radio. My weather widget doesn't give me the right location. Instead of city name it says the country United Stated. I am located in NY. Any ideas how to fix it. I have it enable in location services.
