Help installing custom rom on pulse after i bricked it first time round now on hungarian update

Ok so hears what happened

after loads of reading and research i taught i was finally ready to root and install a custom rom to my pluse

however i bricked my phone in the process

i managed to get it working again by booting in update mode and updating to the Hungarian 2.1 rom

so i would just like any help u can give me on how to root and then install Paul's 2.1 rom

i will be great-full of any tips or if anyone can point me in the direction of a step by step guide
