lost 3G /mms/stiming/internet setings

Hi all

After I root & play with custom ROMS ,I see that i lost my 3G

also mms ,internet,stiming settings,

I contact my provider ,thay send me but I cant recive or can not save setings...

otherwise s*** was happend ,my question is

Am I have solutin with some kind of program in .apk format or else??!!!!

or only wifi is my solution...if I must I will go back to factory ROM ,only to recive 3G setings back.

somebody hire meantin that should I configure VPN ,...Yes ,..but how???

Menu button > Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > Menu button > Reset to default
