pls help me

I was flash yesterday with this rom

1.Step_One_Froyo_Radio_Update

2.RoDrIgUeZsTyLe_FroYo_MCR_R16_MOD_V1-6_ROM

after this, I did well all with this rom (included install app to ext)

but..this morning I was reboot my N1,all app I install to ext cannot read anymore (lost icon at all ), then I cannot install any app again...(messanges show installing now.....long time but cannot complete)

then I follow to do this tread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=687371 to do adb follow instruction

I also flash this two two rom (n1-sh0t,Kang-o-rama-0.8-b2+Kang-o-rama-0.9a0-SP1)

same at all, it would not help anymore

then I try go back to 2.1...it work perfect today

so...what's wrong with this
