Touch input won't work when charging

When the phone is charging and I boot it up, the touch screen won't register inputs. The inputs it registers are not correct and it lives a life of it's own. I have tried the original rom, the December update, Hungarian 2.1 modified and Oscillation r7. It only happens sometimes when connected to a pc, but often when connected to the socket charger.

Any fixes for this?

I got this when I used a charger from Ebay, it's probably something to do with lack of proper grounding.

Are you using the original charger?

Actually I did use an aftermarket charger, I will buy an uk to euro adapter for the pulse charger and try. But I have had this problem happen once or twice before when the phone was connected to the pc, and once when not connected. It's difficult to reproduce the situation, but when the ebay charger was used, it did it every time.

Is there any solution for that problem?

I've also that problem, when i connect my Pulse to a 230V -> USB-Converter.

Maybe i can modify the converter?

I doubt you can do that unless you have some kind of electronic skills... I think your best bet is to try to buy another USB -> power outlet converter, yours is probably faulty...

I found this with a charger I got from eBay. Another one I got from eBay works fine though. Unfortunately it's no longer listed so I can't provide a link. If it helps it has an LED on the top of it
