Guest streak dan Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 Morning all, I think this may be just an android problem and not specific to the streak but; when i woke up this morning i had a notifcation saying something like "k9 alert - syncing and sending suspended due to..." Unfortunately i clicked on the notification and it disappeared so i'm not sure of the rest of it. It appeared to have turned off all my connections and only started working when hooked up to my wifi. It gave another error message of "no network connection - the page will continue loading after connection has been restored" when trying without wifi. Since then i've turned it off and on and all seems fine. Can anyone shed ant light on this? I'm assuming that theres an app that i've set it too frequently to sync and thats what caused this? Thanks guys

Thanks guys Seems like O2 network issue, i called customer services this morning for the same issue and there is an announcement going on, saying that they are working on rectifying the issue with the network ASAP :) we will see how long will that take. I have 2 phones on O2 and same issue. Hope that helps :) S
Guest streak dan Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 Ahh. Thats a lot better than o2 having cut off my connection as id run up a massive bill on this monster of a device! Thanks mate!
Guest Magxs Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 I had the same thing (I think). I was connected to O2 and could send/receive SMS, but I couldn't get a data connection. However, a friend with could with his iPhone. How is it possible that it affected only specific devices? Just back from the O2 store, where they didn't mention anything about a network issue. But then again, would they? Anyway, while she was playing with the settings, it all of a sudden it connected. All is fine now. No clue why. Confused...
