Guest de_shepherd Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 I think I've read in the past that the internet access boosters from Tmobile "stack" - i.e. if you have a 6 month booster then you can buy another booster before the first has expired and it will give another 6 months from the end of the first one and not from the date you buy it. Does anything similar apply to the "next moth free internet access" you get for topping up with £10 .... I currently have a 6MONTHWEB booster in place but during this time I have had a free month from a topup reward - anyone know if the 6 month booster is suspended for this month or do I in effect lose the benefit of the reward since I already had free internet. Also, if I want to buy another 6MONTHWEB booster when I'm in a free internet reward month does the 6month stack after the reward month or does it start immediately? Anyone had experience of this yet?
Guest Josh04 Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 T-Mobile occasionally gave me "5 days free web'n'walk". It didn't stack.
Guest Speckles Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 I spoke to T-Mobile about this in January, if you topup £10 the free internet is apparently a "free gift" and therefore if you already have free internet, nothing happens. Its the same if you use a 6 month web code - if you currently have Free Gift Internet, then that is ignored and your 6 month web starts anyway. Again, apparently. You can't count on two T-Mobile staff giving the same answers.
