Guest markzh Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 Hi Paul! Thanks for your excellent work you have done. Thanks also for the time you have spent in modifying and answering. There is one thing I really miss on my N1: I had used with my other phones the Simore dual sim card adaptor in the past. This adaptor needs a SIM toolkit. Is there a possibility to install it on the N1? How? Thank you for your help! Markus

Guest markzh Posted June 16, 2010 Report Posted June 16, 2010 what exactly is sim toolkit? Here the definition from Wikipedia: SIM Application Toolkit (commonly referred to as STK) is a standard of the GSM system which enables the SIM to initiate actions which can be used for various value-added services.[1]
Guest kuriandungu Posted July 5, 2010 Report Posted July 5, 2010 Will this help you? : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...amp;postcount=3 Thanks for the link. Tried it and it doesnt work on Froyo. The message on installer is simply "Application did not install". Tried pushing using Android Commander but no luck there either.
Guest markzh Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 I have tried also to install it but failed. Has anyone any idea how we could bring STK to Nexus Froyo. Without STK it is impossible to get the dual sim card adaptor working and this is almost the only thing that i am missing.
