opengl es 1.0 support for marvell pxa310 cpu

Hi, i was curious if it would be possible for you to develop opengles 1.0 support fot the marvell pxa310 processor. It seems to only support v1.1... I would be willing to pay for time spent, and provide whatever tools nessacary. thanks.
