Default connection method

Hi all.

I've got this weird bug that I can't crack.

I have my phone set up so that the default action on plugging in USB is to charge.

This to work exactly as expected. I could change it to disk drive by selecting it from the pull-down notifications screen.

Recently it has always connected as a disk drive (autoplay starts on Windows, sdcard is not available in the phone) even though it says charge only in notifications.

No matter what I do in the settings, it connects as a disk drive.

Has anyone else had this, or can suggest a fix?

It definitely worked before I installed MCR 3.1, and Koush fake-flash 1.8.1.7
