scroll bars in browser.

I want to view a web page, that contains a frame with scroll bars attached to it, sadly I found out that no matter what browser I use these scroll bars do not appear when I browse the page using my android device. Any work around if any, would be much appreciated.

That's a curious request.

On most mobile handsets, screen real estate has always been a big deal, so devs have done away with things like scrollbars, as you can effectively use the whole screen as a scrollbar by touching and dragging to scroll and pan. Even if a browser did use scrollbars, they'd be a little temperamental, as screen sensitivity tends to drop off towards it's edges.

I'd say you're out of luck with modern touchscreen devices, as scrollbars are no longer needed.
