Is it just me, I mean I appreciate what it does but it really is slower than stock..... well it is for me? whats Panda like on 2.1?

Any recomendations?

I've not noticed that. You could always try AWD Launcher which is smaller and might run a bit quicker as it takes up less memory?

I have, but I don't like AWD myself.

Launcher pro runs perfectly on Fillbles FLB rom.

The tweak combined with launcher pro (Will work with others to) in the FLB mod also stops the issue of a black homescreen then it reloading from scratch

EDIT:

Ah, I see, it should be the line "ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1" which must be added to /data/local.prop

...but I can not open this file with astro or es file explorer :-(

Use Root Explorer or ADB with the remount option.
