im using foxit reader.. but it's not free :( you can also try adobe reader for free. Yes there is cab for those. you can get them directly from their sites. ;)

Launched a PDF and the program that launches is just called "File Viewer". The underlying program is "handspointer.exe". I found handspointer.exe and handspointer.dll in the Windows directory.

I don't have a .cab for this program.
