Process android.process.acore is not responding

Hi

I've noticed a problem with my Desire, I'm running MCR3.1 and always after some days of running the phone doesn't want to shut down any more. After shutting down finally (which takes up to an hour), on the next boot it gives me the followng message:

Process android.process.acore is not responding Wait or Force quit?

What should I do, how do I fix this? I did a couple of hard restores and I can't find the problem. Sometimes it comes after installing new apps, sometimes it comes by itself without installing anything. Don't really know how to cope with this problem. On XDA somebody said, it's because of Ap2SD. ;)
