Wifi Internet sharing cab

Just wondering if I use the wifi internet sharing cab to connect my laptop to the omnia to access the internet will i be charged a per mb fee or does verizon see it like the phone is just accessing the internet?

Assuming you have a data plan, it's treated as if you were using your phone to surf the web (which in fact, you are).
