Bluetooth Problem

I cannot send files to any HTC devices, but I can receive any files from any devices and I can send files to other kinds of devices.. weired... I've tested hundreds of times via Nokias, Motos, and HTC.

My Desire is flashed MoDaCo r2.

Do I have to flash r3.1? Is there another way to fix the bluetooth problem?

I have lots of phone calls and I installed lots of softwares via App2sd.. and I do not want to miss and data there..
