is my phone bricked?

hello, im geting this error every time i put my phone in to usb. i did try this guide http://android.modaco.com/content/htc-desi...d-b0rked-fixed/ but i dosen't work i still got the error.

how to fix it? thanks in advance

now it did start to reboot it self ;)

Could be a Windows problem. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HTC Software. Afterwards I'd try uninstalling the USB Drivers using the device manager?
