We know that 100% of 828 is, well, just 828.**Step 2:**If 100% of 828 is 828, then we can get 1% of 828 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 828 / 100. This is equal to 8.28. Now we know that 1% is 8.28.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 828 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 8.28 times 1 = 8.28. That's all there is to it!
