Modaco rom with a2sd+, howto use a new sd card

I have apps2sd+ and allot of progs installed. But I only have a class 2 memory card and would like 2 change this 2 a class10 card.

How do I do this? Can I somehow save my progs?

Could anyone please give me a step by step?

This req's a usbreader or such, card cant be in phone.

Save an image of the old ext2(3) part and put it on the new card.

Can I use titanum backup of the progs, copy the backup file to my pc, turn phone off, change card, with same rom in it, open in fastboot and connect it to pc, flash new rom, and then partition sd card?
