Guest Sh4d0w940 Posted June 21, 2010 Report Posted June 21, 2010 Is there any way to see the time an sms message was sent? Because on my other phone (SE K770i) it showed both sent and recieved time at message details. On my Pulse it just shows the time when the message was recieved. Sh4d0w940

Guest le_lutin Posted June 21, 2010 Report Posted June 21, 2010 Install "Handcent SMS" I can't see that option in Handcent. If I long press the message it gives me the option to view the "Message Details" but this only shows me what time I received the message.

For me Handcent shows the time when I sent the message in the message details.

With other phones (SonyEricsson, for example), you can see what time the person who sent you the message sent it at as well as what time you received it.

Sorry that that wasn't clear in first post. Sh4d0w940

Sh4d0w940 On my last phone it may have said message was sent on "XX:XX but this was only the time it was received on the server, not necesarily when it was sent IE if I had no signal but T-mobile got it at 12:00 and my phone beeped at 12.10 but in reality it could have still been sent at 11:00 so its not accurate.

That's still better than the recieved time, because when I'm on vacation I sometimes can't have my phone on all the time due to the battery. It would be nice if I could see that time and it shoudl be possible if even my old phone could do it. Sh4d0w940
